Thanks to the success of our cyber security as a service offering and our Omnistruct Platform (built on the NIST Cyber Security Framework), SacTech is proud to announce our company name is upgrading to Omnistruct, Inc. Starting July 1st, customers will receive communications from our new domain name.
Why the Change?
The name “SacTech” focused around our early business initiatives:
- resale of leading cyber security and networking solutions
- assisting Sacramento-based organizations with their cyber security service needs;
- supporting IT teams with cyber security compliance within the realm of technical controls.
As our company has grown, our focus has shifted beyond Sacramento and technology. With compromise being a matter of “when”, not if, security culture, policy and risk management are the new cyber protection position. Modern cyber security initiatives rely on informed processes and procedures and demand purposeful, company-wide awareness.
Today, we support organizations nationwide with a more service-focused approach. As regulations continue to evolve, board members and leadership teams will face more risks due to cyber security breaches. We’ve found our clients need less technical solutions and more consulting support to better understand the regulations they face, the risks they are responsible for, and the strategies they need for when a compromise occurs.
Omnistruct encompasses our vision for the future as we assist executives with understanding all aspects of cyber security and help them drive effective, efficient, and well-maintained security structures within their organizations.
SacTech will begin using the Omnistruct brand in communications with clients moving forward. Both brands will coexist in 2019 and there is nothing for existing Sactech clients to do today administratively.
